The outstanding amount is the customer’s unpaid amount. Like if a customer doesn’t pay for their service for any reason and if that unpaid amount reached the standard set amount then that amount will consider as an outstanding amount.
You can set this outstanding limit from the setting section of the housekeeping software dashboard. So when the overall unpaid amount of any customer will reach the defined limit amount then the customer will get a notification from the admin side about their outstanding amount.
So in our house cleaning software, you can directly send SMS to the customer about their outstanding balance without doing much effort. It would be helpful for you in saving time as well.
